It is important to lose the weight and be able to maintain
the weight back later. Here it is:
Step 1-Eat less
Food, including water, is the energy the body needs to
exist. Just your body needs a lot of work. To lose weight, you must be taken
less burned energy (food) energy.
Here are a few ideas to apply step 1.
►Do not eat after 19 overnight. If you follow it, you can

►Eat smaller portions. If you cut your portions, you can
reduce the amount of incoming energy. Portion control is a big thing in this
era of mega and super food meal size. It would be only one of the greatest ways
to eat less.

Step 2-more

►Take your dog for a walk every day. It will greatly benefit
